The Big Belfast Choir is one of the fastest-growing choirs in Northern Ireland.

We’ve performed everywhere from the City Of Derry International Choral Festival, Victoria Square and Forestside Shopping Centre through to the Waterfront Hall, the Grand Opera House, and the SSE Arena and alongside artists like Demi Lovato and Flash Harry -but the real magic is in the shared moments along the way.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about connection, confidence, and a sound that hits you in the chest. Big energy. Real people. A proper Belfast edge. And we’re only getting bigger.

Where & when do you meet?

Where:

Our new venue is spectacular – just an 8 min drive from our old venue in Belfast City Centre. St James Church, 452 Shore Road, BT37 OAA

When:

Wednesday evenings, starting September & ending in June (perfect if you’re working around school summer holidays!)

There is FREE parking, right beside the venue.

Hip Hip HORRAY! No time needs to be wasted looking for a parking space.

How can I pay for the membership?

Membership is available monthly (via direct debit) or via annual subscription.

If you sign up via monthly direct debit you get 1 month free via our early bird rate. There will be 10 payments in total

The Big Belfast™ brand was founded by Aoife Cormacain and has grown into a vibrant musical community across Northern Ireland. Alongside the flagship Big Belfast Choir, it includes a Blokes Choir, pop-up pub choirs and a range of musical events. Aoife also runs the Big Belfast Music School, where she teaches piano and violin to children aged 4 and above.
